Carl joined Borromin from a big four accounting firm where he worked in Frankfurt and Munich for the transaction advisory and assurance department.
Carl holds a degree in Business Administration from University St. Gallen (Switzerland) and a Master in Accounting & Taxation from the university in Mannheim. He successfully passed the German tax advisor and German auditor exam.
Carl joined Borromin in January 2019 where he is involved in analysing and processing transactions. In addition he is part of the advisory team of the firm's portfolio holdings in Protect Medical group and AES.
